Layered Learning: Precepting Students and Residents All at Once! 
12:30-1:45 p.m.
Preceptors often precept more than one learner at a time, which can be challenging but also rewarding and helpful to your practice. During this session, precepting tips for the layered learning practice model will be discussed. Attendees will explore ways to ensure the clinical learning environment is individualized for learners who are APPE students, PGY1 residents, and PGY2 residents.

Connecting the Dots in Residency Programs from Objective to Activity through Feedback and Evaluation

It can often be a struggle for preceptors to connect the objective to the activity and in turn providing feedback for success in achieving an objective. This session will focus on strategies to align the objective to the activity and ideas for providing meaningful feedback. Options for documenting feedback in PharmAcademic will be explored.

Pharmacy preceptors will explore the essentials of PharmAcademic, enabling them to efficiently review and provide feedback on resident progress.
